Gertrude's Restaurant Fall Wedding | N + S

There's a reason so many couples are choosing to have their wedding at Gerturde's in Baltimore's Charles Village neighborhood

. This lovely Chesapeake-inspired restaurant is tucked within the Baltimore Museum of Art. It offers beautiful backdrops, a cool sculpture garden, and picture-perfect ceremony options with a fun water feature. This wedding day felt like the most serendipitous wedding that I have ever been a part of! It's truly one that I will think back to often; it was unforgettable. I have photographed at both the Baltimore Museum of Art and the restaurant, and love them equally!

A little preview in their wedding day. They had their first look in the sculpture garden, that is connected to Gertrude's. And from there we went into their portraits. We had SO much time for the portraits section of the day. I really love when couples prioritize this time, especially on the front end of the day, so that they can spend time with their family and friends during the rest of the time. Because getting pulled from one thing to the next isn't a fun.

The ceremony was like a scene from a movie! Soon after the bride walked down the ailse it started to rain! And I know no one wants it to rain during their wedding ceremony, but honestly, it was a vibe. Thankfully, the couple was protected by a large tree that they were standing underneath and we had already done all of the formal photos with their friends and family. So all that was left after the ceremony were speeches and the party!
